In June 2019, decARcerate sent lawyers, interviewers,

citizen observers, and artists into all eight Pulaski County District Courts.

The following report compiles our findings with court data compiled through the Freedom of Information Act.

with the intention of collecting data and holding judges and prosecutors accountable.
